Aga says:
” I come from Poland, from a city close to the mountains, lakes and rivers.
I feel very connected to nature and love hiking and long walks.
When I’m taking some time out to recharge my batteries, so I can come back and give more to my work and my clients, I will always choose to go back to nature.
I really do care about the environment we live in and I’m a big fan of zero waste and eco-friendly products.
I love essential oils and I am a wellness advocate of tested-grade essential oils company, doTERRA, the first company to establish a standard of quality in the industry.
My passion for a healthy lifestyle and nutritious food, led me to study Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
I had been struggling with health issues myself, with IBS symptoms, depression, anxiety and psoriasis, but I have fortunately managed to help myself through natural approaches and lifestyle changes.
In recent years, I have been practising mindfulness, meditation.
Of course there are some foods I need to avoid to maintain optimal digestive health, but that has only made me more creative – I can make some pretty awesome dairy free, gluten free and egg free cakes!’ “
