Dee’s journey…
After studying Pharmacology at University, Dee began a career in Clinical Drug Research and Development in the pharmaceutical industry, working with companies such as AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson and GlaxoSmithKline.
11 years later, life slowed down just long enough for Dee to realise were her true passions lie. While on maternity leave, Dee realised she wanted to help people in a different way.
Dee’s strong scientific background, combined with a love of food and a deep passion for helping people reach their optimal state of health and well-being, made Nutritional Therapy and Functional Medicine an obvious choice.
After completing a three year course with the highly respected College of Naturopathic Medicine, Dee re-qualified as a registered Nutritional Therapist.
Coming from a strong science background, it is important to Dee to practice evidence-based, scientifically grounded, root-cause medicine that can help deliver results in the real world.
Dee began practice as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist immediately, while completing her contract in Pharmaceutical R&D and closing out a large international Phase 3 Oncology trial.
